Dear all, the deadline to apply for the 2023 Autumn School on Information Retrieval and Information Foraging is next week (15 August) and there are only few open slots left. Please apply NOW to take part in the autumn school: https://forms.gle/iLt3Nt2ivuqHmC2H9 The autumn school will take place at Schloss Dagstuhl and will be free of charge. Thanks to our generous sponsors, there will be no fees, no costs for accommodation, and free full-service meals at Schloss Dagstuhl. Please be aware that we can not pay for your travel costs. We have room for approx. 20 participants. Therefore, we have to ensure that students have a particular background and context knowledge in information retrieval and/or information foraging. We ask you kindly to describe your motivation and background in a short paragraph. The deadline to send this application is 15 August 2023. We will check every application and give feedback by 18 August 2023, but we reserve the right to decline applications due to overbooking or a lack of topical match to the autumn school.
