I'm sorry that the 2008 version of CL is not available. The 2018 version has some
complex extensions that nobody uses. The IKL extensions are simpler and more useful.
Unfortunately, the 2018 ISO standard does not separate the extensions from the much
simpler and more useful core.
There were some debates about the usefulness of the different versions, Unfortunately,
the other one became the official ISO standard. For the IKL extension and many related
