Manually subscribing to the email list is quite easy: Send an (empty) email to cg-join(a)lists.iccs-conference.org The system will then ask automatically for confirmation (usually, just hitting the reply button and send is enough). Only messages are moderated, subscription is not. I will add a note for the list to the iccs-conference webpage during the next week.
